Legacy hosting platform (UENI) presented major delays and technical limitations, requiring persistent stakeholder communication to regain access and prepare for migration.
Website content lacked content design and proper UX structure, semantic SEO/ Generative/ Answer Everywhere Optimisation, and accessibility and policy compliance, with no dedicated user journey or lead generation pathway.
No unified digital strategy or scalable content model to support future growth, monetisation, or community engagement.

Led correspondence and coordination with legacy hosting provider to recover domain control and hosting access, using persuasive stakeholder management to avoid service disruption.
Planned, designed, and executed the full website migration to WordPress (Hostinger) with a new information architecture, AEO-optimised content pages, and geo-targeted service structure.
Developed a comprehensive SEO, SEM content strategy including:
Semantic on-page content
Technical SEO setup (GA4, Search Console, XML sitemap)
Location and service landing pages
Blog/news hub to drive organic growth
Implemented UX and accessibility principles across site layout, page structures, call-to-actions, and alt tagging — ensuring WCAG 2.1 alignment.
Initiated and scaled omnichannel brand presence (LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, directory listings) to support trust-building and local search visibility.
Successfully migrated and launched SEO-first website on WordPress, including all technical integrations and service-based content.
Installed and actively using GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools to track performance and optimise ongoing strategies.
Building a thought leadership platform through educational blog posts, news updates, and resources — designed for future monetisation (ads, affiliates, lead gen).
